  • Set within 17 acres of gardens on the beachfront, Solimar White Pearl Beach Hotel is in a fabulous setting for exploring the northeast coast of Crete’s beautiful beaches – take it from us, these are some of the best on the island. The hotel has just been renovated, so if you do want to fly and flop you’ll be in suitably stylish surroundings.

  • There’s a restaurant on site where you’ll indulge in your all-inclusive board, including satisfying Cretan breakfasts, meze-style lunches of delicious Mediterranean treats and fresh, flavoursome dinners like pasta, grill dishes and a dessert buffet. Stay hydrated at the pool bar, which is located by the pool so you can lounge and sip with ease.

  • When you’re not basking in the sun by the pool, head down to the hotel’s reserved area of beachfront, where you can dip a toe in the refreshing Aegean waters, snorkel and relax on the sandy beach. Kolymbari village, just a few moments away, has cafes, bars and shops if you’re in the mood for exploring.
